♦ How long do they take?

Honestly in most cases it takes longer for you to confirm design details than it does for me to complete the project. Depending on the intricacy of design, the size of the design and how many layers desired will depict the timeline. One thing for sure is when I give you a date for completion, I never miss a deadline and plan to keep it that way.

♦ How do I pay?
I ONLY accept email transfer as a method of payment. Once you deposit is received your project will commence. 
 

♦ How does the process work? / Will I see a sketch?

Via email we confirm the size, number of layers, colors and theme of the project. You will need to send me a deposit of 50% before I commit to giving you a sketch from your ideas.

Most customers are thrilled with my ideas and usually will proceed with very minor changes (if any at all). If you are completely unsatisfied with my sketch additional drawings can be done for you for an hourly rate of...

Hand sketch: $40/hour
Digital: $50/hour

Once project is finished you will be notified by email with a picture of the finished piece, you will then be required to send me the final 50% plus shipping expenses (T.B.D. at shipping time) and I'll send you the work.

♦ Do I frame for you?
All commission work will be shipped WITHOUT frames. 

I don't do framing because I am unaware of your personal decor so, I would recommend visiting your local frame shops for best results. The work is placed in a postal approved cardboard sleeve, covered in a safe bubble wrap envelope to ensure the piece is safe.. 

♦ How much for the commission work? 
The price of the pieces are dictated by the size and design. Here is a rough breakdown of my prices. *depending again on design*

- 5”x 7“= $100 (with frames)
- 8.5” x11” = $250 (without frame) ➔ most popular size
- 9” x 12” = $300 (without frame) ➔ most popular size
- 11“ x 14” = $ 450 (without frame)

(Single Layered): with TEXT

- 5”x 7“= $150 (with frames)
- 8.5” x11” = $300 (without frame) ➔ most popular size
- 9” x 12” = $350 (without frame) ➔ most popular size
- 11“ x 14” = $ 500 (without frame)


(Color Layered):without TEXT
- 5"x7" = $200 (with frames)

-10”x 10” = $300 (without frames)➔ most popular size

(Color Layered):with TEXT

♦ Do you do custom WEDDING pieces too??
YES, I'm the master at that !! If you order a custom wedding piece (like my PROMISE piece), you can request a digital version of the piece so you can take it to a printer for either Invitations or thank you cards. For digital formatted files,  EXTRA charges apply. (see hourly rates posted in process)
We also do Jewish wedding contracts Called a Ketubah. The price of the pieces are dictated by the size and design. Here is a rough breakdown of my prices. *depending again on design*

(Single Layered): 1 color
- 11" x 17" / 13" x19" = $600
- 16" x16" / 18" x18" = $800 ➔ most popular size

(Color Layered): more than 2 colors

♦ Where I Located? 
Toronto, Ontario, Canada

♦ I don't want to ship, can I pick up my piece?
Of course, you can pick it up. If you are in local, you can just e-mail me then I will send you the address.

♦ Can I get a tracking number of my order?

We DO NOT SHIP your order with a tracking number. If you need it, please email me. I can do that for you, but there will be an additional cost on to of the shipping costs already paid.

♦ I haven't got my order over 2 weeks. What is going on?

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect shipping addresses - we ship to your shipping address what you left - refunds for your order CANNOT be made due to this. 
*If a note is left for a different address please make sure you get a confirmation, if there is no confirmation from me by the end of the business day, it means I may of not received the changes so please send me email me at silkpulp@gmail.com.

♦ Do you accept in a rush order?

Yes, we do EXPRESS shipping.
we can send the order with this method for an ADDITIONAL cost on top of the shipping costs already paid - in the U.S. it normally takes 3-5 business days, CANADA is 1-2 business days - if you choose this method to ship it shortens your shipping time - it does not make the processing time of your order faster. please email us first if you need an item faster and we will do our best to accommodate
